Tablet of the Gods
Roger Hanson comes across Pema Dolma, a Tibetan student in the American University he was lecturing in. The meeting with the girl evokes his memory of his late uncle's letter about a mysterious Tablet being guarded by Tibetan Lamas in a remote mountaneous region of Tibet.
